In order to reserve your room at the Embassy Suites, you must reserve your room no later than May 24th, 2006 to take advantage of our group rate.  You may call the hotel at (480) 897-7444 or 1-800-EMBASSY.

 

All possible precautions will be taken to protect your exhibit, but in the event of an accident due to fire, theft, malicious damage, flood, civil disturbance or any other event, the Arizona Taxidermy Artists Association and its members will not be held liable for damages.  If you feel it is necessary, please secure your own liability insurance.

 

With my signature: I understand that identification badges must be worn at all times to enter any WRTC Convention Function or security personnel will refuse entry. 

 

Cancellation Policy:

If I am forced to cancel my plans to attend the convention I must request a refund in writing and the following will apply:

Postmarked before April 28, 2006 – Full refund of fees paid.       

Postmarked after April 28, 2006 up to and including May 30, 2006 – a 20% cancellation penalty is withheld.

After May 30 , 2006 – NO REFUNDS
